Loved this exceptional hotel, easy to find, with knowledgeable staff on that shift. Incredible location, we need just 15 minutes walk to the bus station. It was across the comfortable area.

The total stay was very pleasant for a business trip. The room was neat with a balcony. We slept very well. The location was central, unbeatable on the beach. It was also a short walk to fine dining, the sea, and Newquay.

The hotel had a central position so close to Fistral beach as well as the hill overlooking the whole bay. Ate at Samphire Restaurant, it's at a walking distance from the venue.

Everything was very good from the good service to the delicious food. The personnel were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the parking was on-site. Its location at a walking distance from Pirate's Quest was unbeatable and stunning.

Thank you everyone for a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a business trip. It had incredible location near to the most beautiful champagne bar / restaurant, beaches and shops and the supermarket down the road. It also was in the main communal areas.

The hotel is conveniently located with great views over the town and beaches. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the waitresses were friendly. The leisure facilities, including the pool and spa bath, were clean and well-designed.
The bathroom was in need of refurbishment, with loose floor tiles and missing grout. The shower controls were difficult to use and there was no cold water.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. Our room, with a stunning sea view, was absolutely fabulous. The location of the hotel, nestled between the beautiful Fistral Beach and the town beaches, was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
One thing that could make the morning meal even better would be to have more variety in the breakfast options.
